Shipping and delivery service options (are the following).
1st) In Store Pickup
Our customers may pick up their order from our warehouse at 16 Empedokleous street, Peristeri on working days and hours, free of charge, by using their own means of transport. Prior communication with us is required so that your order gets prepared. Small products are delivered packed and pre-assembled but not big items like beds which, due to their size, are not assembled in order to avoid damaging.
2nd) Home Delivery within Attica
Home delivery is free of charge. Prior telephone communication with our delivery department (00302105710380) is required in order to arrange the day and time of delivery. For areas outside Attica where additional means of transport are required (e.g. Salamina Island) additional shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. If the products are to be delivered in a high-floor apartment and the use of lifting machinery is required, the additional cost that will arise shall be borne by the customer.
3rd) Delivery outside Attica
Products of small size are delivered packed and assembled, with the exception of big items (e.g. beds that due to their volume are not assembled) in order to avoid damaging, using the transport agency of your preference. Following, the transport agency will undertake the transportation of the products outside Attika and deliver the products to the customer. The customer is charged with the additional transport agency costs and the products carriage is at the customer’s own risk.
