Delivery of our products can be made in one of the following ways:
1. Pickup from our plant at 16, Empedokleous Str., Peristeri: Pickup is only available on working days and during working hours, and the client needs to use their own means of transport. It is required that the company is contacted by telephone beforehand in order to prepare the order. Products of small volume are delivered packaged and mounted. Products of large volume (e.g. beds) are not delivered mounted so as to avoid any damages
2. Delivery to the client’s place, in the Prefecture of Attica: For purchases between 300-1000€, the company offers free delivery service within 30 km from our headquarters (16, Empedokleous Str., Peristeri). For purchases over 1000€, the company offers free delivery service within the Prefecture of Attica and its outskirts – this does not include the islands of Attica: Galatas, Hydra, Methana, Aegina, Agistri, Spetses, Dokos. Other pricing for deliveries in Attica: for purchases up to 1000€ delivered within 40 km from our headquarters (16, Empedokleous Str., Peristeri), the cost is 40€; if the distance exceeds 40 km from our headquarters, the cost is 70€. It is required that the department of deliveries is contacted by telephone beforehand in order to agree on the delivery schedule (Department of Deliveries: +30 210 57 10 380). As regards to the islands of Attica, the company undertakes the shipping of products only to Salamina, with the extra fares borne by the client; shipping to the other islands is undertaken by a shipping agency. If lifting equipment is required at delivery due to difficulties with getting the products on an upper story otherwise, then the cost for using such equipment is borne by the client. Our company’s crew undertakes the installation of suspended products, subject to the ordering conditions. In case product delivery is practically unfeasible for technical reasons (for instance: smaller dimensions of the entrance than the dimensions of the product, small spaces in the place of delivery, etc.), our company will make a curbside delivery or delivery to a specific area of the building pilotis indicated by the client, and the client will bear the full responsibility for moving the product to the upper story.
3. Shipping outside Attica: Products of small volume are delivered packaged and mounted to a shipping agency in the Prefecture of Attica indicated by the client, while products of large volume (e.g. beds) are not delivered mounted so as to avoid any damage. Said agency undertakes the shipping of the products outside of Attica. The shipping agency costs are borne solely by the client and the products are shipped under the client’s own responsibility. After delivering the products to the shipping agency, the company bears no responsibility for them.
